1. Please call the showroom first and let us know the date and time you can visit

2. Visit the showroom on the reserved date and try on the reserved clothes,
Please decide which clothes to rent.
Giroe Showroom: 1st floor, 88, Donhwamun-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul
Parking: Use nearby paid parking lots

3. The final costume rental fee can be paid at the shopping mall or showroom at Giroe.

Rentals are available only on-site rentals.
Please visit the showroom in person for fitting.

1. You must strictly adhere to the return date, and in case of delay, an additional 20% of the rental fee per day must be paid.
However, if the return is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, it must be carried out under mutual agreement.

2. Items must not be missing when returning.

3. In case of contamination, if the contamination can be removed at the laundry, you will have to pay for the laundry.
4. If the costume is lost, you must pay the difference between the selling price of the costume and the rental fee paid.
The calculation basis is based on the selling price stated in the contract at the time of export.

5. If the costume is damaged, you must pay the repair cost required to restore it to its original state.
However, if restoration is impossible, the same sales price as in paragraph 4 must be paid.

6. The above conditions must be strictly adhered to.

주문착오에 의한 교환/반품은 제품 수령일로부터 3일 이내 가능합니다.
불량제품 또는 제품에 의한 문제 발생 시 전액(해당제품) 교환/환불해 드립니다.(단,상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내)
교환 및 반품시에는 배송된 포장박스와 포장재를 사용하여 그대로 복원해 주시기 바랍니다.
